The 1923 George Washington Smith estate at 700 Park Lane in Montecito came on the market in February 2015 for $29.5 million; it got removed and relisted a few times over the years, and by March 2021, it was $27.5 million when Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and model Behati Prinsloo bought it for $22.7 million. Three months later, they flipped the property for $28.5 million. Now that buyer has handed it off to someone else, albeit at a loss.
