••• The folks from Kevin Moore Architect emailed about the new Sunburst wine bar in Carpinteria: “We wanted to share that Sunburst has opened at the corner of Carpinteria Avenue and Eugenia Place in Carpinteria. They offer wine and beer on tap as well as retail bottles and small bites. We worked with the owner and tenant for several years to take the former Sunburst Printing building, refurbish it and add a deck off the front.” The smaller photo is from before the redo.

••• In its quarterly commercial real estate report, Hayes Commercial Group said that local distillery Cutler’s Artisan Spirits has leased the former Telegraph Brewing Company building at 418 N. Salsipuedes. The plan is to have a tasting room when it opens this summer.
