Full disclosure: I donated $250 to Capps’s campaign after hearing her talk about campaign finance reform, which I believe the county desperately needs. Example #1: Williams “accepted more than $62,000 in campaign contributions from the cannabis businesses waiting to receive their cultivation permits from the board.”
