••• There was something to the whispers that the Enterprise Fish Co. at 225 State Street in the Funk Zone might not be long for this world: according to an ad in the Montecito Journal, the building is for sale (“with potential to develop additional 3000SF”) for $4.7 million.
••• “Entrepreneur Michael Vidal [launched] The Taco Station at 436B State St. [at Haley] at 5 p.m. Saturday. The truck has tacos, burritos and crispy bowls with names based on Santa Barbara street names. ••• Brasil Arts Café on State Street got a reprieve, and it won’t be closing. “To keep it all going there will be restructuring, meaning the possibility of co operating with other businesses,” wrote owners Jenn and Daniel. “So if you yourself or you know someone that would be a good fit please send them our way.
