Here are the week’s top price adjustments.
Not only is this not a price cut, it’s one of the biggest price hikes you’re likely to see. 1530 Mimosa Lane (↑$2.55M to $11.5M) came on the market in January for $8.95, which I thought was reasonable, if a lot for the Hedgerow. After some time off the market, it’s back at $2.55 million more.

395 Asegra Road (↓$1.2M to $8.75M) tried a similar pandemic price-jump in June, for $1 million more, but that apparently didn’t go over well. This marks its lowest price yet; the highest was the initial $11.5 million listing.
···················
Great views, but a lot of stairs, inside and out: 3000 Foothill Road (↓$200K to $3.295M), at the intersection of Toro Canyon Road.
···················
1469 La Vereda Lane (↓$205K to $2.995M) is a stylish reinvention of a 1948 hacienda. The price was chopped after just a month—presumably the freeway-adjacent location has been a concern.
···················
I haven’t seen 620 Cima Vista Lane (↓$855K to $5.995M) in person, but I’d think it would be appealing enough at this price to tempt a pandemic refugee. The new staging really helps.
···················
Don’t let the address scare you: 52 Olive Mill Road (↓$155K to $2.095M) is well off Olive Mill, although it is up against the train track. It could make for an easy weekend getaway, what with Butterfly Beach a short walk away.
···················
A mystery: 871 Deerpath Road (↑$754K to $2.749M) has been on and off the market a couple of times in the past decade, for as low as $1.3 million and as high as $2 million. The listing has no mention of a renovation, nor any interior photos. Is the owner really hoping it’s suddenly worth so much more? UPDATE: BW points out that there are interior photos on Redfin and adds this: “The house is such an almost. There’s something unshakeably 60s about the front; almost traditional, but somehow not. The interior is a hodgepodge of finishes. There are about 25 different floorings (exterior, too) used throughout and the kitchen and bathrooms need renovations to pull them together. Very generous in size just needs a cohesive makeover.”

I guess the photo of the woman taking a shower didn’t work: 2480 Whitney Avenue (↓$120K to $1.875M) got a haircut. I do like that side of Whitney Avenue, what with the amazing openness and mountain views.
Deerpath has photos if you check Redfin. The house is such an almost. There’s something unshakeably 60s about the front; almost traditional, but somehow not. The interior is a hodgepodge of finishes. There are about 25 different floorings (exterior, too) used throughout and the kitchen and bathrooms need renovations to pull them together. Very generous in size just needs a cohesive makeover.
