••• One of the most prominent corners in Carpinteria is available for rent: three contiguous spaces (unit 2, unit 3, and unit 4) at the western corner of Carpinteria and Linden avenues, formerly home to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and a nail salon/spa. That corner really sets a tone for the town, and just imagine what an upgrade would do to it….
