The whimsical work of local architect Jeff Shelton can be seen all over town—at least from the outside. (Here’s his handy map.) Interior glimpses are far rarer. Thanks to the listing for apartment #3 at 225 E. Cota, currently available for rent for limited periods, we can see how Shelton’s Seuss-meets-Gaudí aesthetic looks on the other side of the wall. It helps that the owner shares the sensibility.
