There are a ton of gorgeous little things for sale at Ministry of the Interior, the Brown Design Group‘s newly opened shop/office, and I’ll let you look at the many photos below rather than attempt to describe them with words. But you’ll want to visit in person, because founders Ryan Brown and Diego Monchamp have restored what was originally the Second Baptist Church—a Gothic Revival building from 1925, more recently the Church of Skatan—and there is no handsomer shop in town. Plus, you might get to meet their friendly border terrier, Jagger. The address is 26 E. Gutierrez Street, and the hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and otherwise by appointment.
