That alone would make DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, the likely buyers; they also have a predilection for historic real estate, of course, and the buy-side agent is the one they’ve used for years. That said, another Neuman client could have bought it…. The main house is only 6,500 square feet but the property includes “pool, pool house, tennis court, vineyard, koi pond, spa […] beautiful frescoes, stately driveway, and gardens.”
