And there are more on the way, judging from what I’ve seen on social media that has yet to hit the MLS. Moreover, the county assessor’s site hasn’t been updated in two weeks, so even more may bubble up in time. P.S. Note how many sold over ask; tight inventory is still squeezing prices upward, even down in the twos and far from Montecito.
