Even after this recent reduction, sprawling 4015 Mariposa Drive (↓$345K to $5.95M), in the Campanil area, is priced as if the interiors don’t need to be updated.

1134 Hill Road ↓$300K to $3.395M) has midcentury charm, but it’s up against the train tracks and freeway.

I can’t tell what’s going on with 1485 La Cima Road (↓$100K to $1.795M): the photos on Realtor.com and Zillow don’t match. Either the Realtor.com ones are old or the house has undergone a decorectomy.

871 Deerpath Road (↓$100K to $2.649M) is the Eucalyptus Hill house that Siteline reader BW memorably called “such an almost.” Maybe the price cut will help.

On the market now for 800 days, 904 Toro Canyon Road (↓$200K to $2.595M) is a 5.17-acre lot high up the mountain with a dome house.

The five-bedroom, two-acre 665 Coyote Road (↓$100K to $2.195M) is seeming reasonably priced, if you don’t mind the schlep to the garage.

The location of 293 Middle Road (↓$113K to $3.887M)—at the corner of Hot Springs—could reasonably be considered a drag. Then again, every election year, you’d have a prime spot to place candidates’ signs….

••• 8 Celine Drive (↓$50K to $1.945M): sixth price cut since September 2019, when it came on at $3 million.
