••• As of today, Secret Bao is expanding its food service at the Handlebar Coffee Roasters on De La Vina from two days to four—Thursday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The food is some of the most interesting in town (scallop-and-shrimp gyoza, above; what I believe is the current menu, below). And Secret Bao’s curbside dinner service continues, with the goal of expanding to four nights by next week. UPDATE: I went for lunch today, and I can definitely recommend the char siu mandu, tortilla española, and scallop-and-shrimp gyoza.
••• From Tyger Tyger: “Introducing Tyger Tyger’s weekly pop up! Join us every weekend in the month of July for new menu items by Chef Weston Richards! No reservation needed. We’re kicking off our first pop up this Friday & Saturday from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.” Richards was the chef at Les Marchands.
